At first look, I thought this was a person who was adding to the overwhelming population of homeless cats by feeding only and therefore increasing the population. Not so. If she was” feeding only” I wouldn’t mind if there was a sizable fine to be donated to the local neutering program. I figure by feeding only, you are enabling kitties to do what nature has them prewired to do, REPRODUCE. I have been trapping /neutering for 20+ years, one at a time, except for the time I got 2 at once! It has been an exciting and happy pastime to help the homeless cats. I cannot help but love them all, I’m prewired!
